Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. Patients are seen by appointment only, except for emergencies. Appointment hours are from 8:30 am until 11:30 am and from 1:30 pm until 4:00 pm. Cancellations require a 24-hour advance notice, so that others may have these openings. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. Due to the fact that our office is a surgical facility, various circumstances may lengthen the time allotted for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Please assist us by providing this information at the time of your appointment:

• Your referral slip and any applicable x-rays.
• A list of your medications, along with diseases and conditions with which you have been diagnosed.
• Your dental insurance (or medical insurance if applicable) card or completed claim form.

Please note that a parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 years old to the appointment.

If you are planning to have IV sedation, please have nothing to eat or drink 8 hours before your appointment. You will also need your driver to stay in our waiting area.

X-rays
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If an x-ray is not available or additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
